Falco Molecule's "Atoms Menu" consist of:

• Create menu allows to create a new atom from chemical table,

• Make Connection allows to make a new connection between two atoms,

• Remove Connection allows to remove a connection,

• Select By Click allows select atom by mouse click,

• Select By Name allows select atom by name,

• Select All allows select all elements of workspace,

• Deselect All menu deselect all selections,

• Selected Objects menu allows: move atoms, change scale, hide/show selected object,
  freeze/unfreeze objects, delete objects.

There is an opportunity select several atoms and if pressing SHIFT and move the atom, in this case all atoms will be copied. You can also select atoms with rectangular mouse area: press left mouse button and begin select atoms, release LMB when finished.
