"Video Effect" allows make distortion to image or a photo. So you can achieve video effect to ordinary pictures.

Click at the effect and press Edit Effect.

Tune the parameters described below:

• Staggered,

• Large Staggered

• Striped,

• Wide-Striped,

• Long-staggered,

• 3x3,

• Large 3x3,

• Hex,

To apply effect:

1. Load Image/Photo,

2. Press the "Insert Effect" button and select Video effect from list,

3. Click on the effect and press "Edit Effect" button,

4. You'll see window, where you can set the wished effect.
