You can save a file with a different filename, location, format, and options..

To save a file with a different name and location:

1. Choose File > Save As.
2. Type a filename, and choose a location for the file.
3. Click Save.

To save a file in a different file format:

1. Choose File > Save As.
2. Choose a format from the format pop-up menu.
3. Specify a filename and location.
4. Click Save.

Save command saves opened image with the current file name and format

Save As command saves current image to disk in different formats - JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIF, TGA, AVI.
