Color Filter effect allows:

1. Set up maximum or minimum value to the red, green, blue colors,
2. Set up "Keep color" or "Erase color" in filter mode,
3. Allows to tune colors synchronous.

To set up Color filter:

Select image -> Press "Color Filter" button -> Tune colors in the Color filter window.
