Robo Falco

Robo Falco: When robot Falco realized his life at the toaster factory had become too predictable, he quit, sold his microchips on eBay, and decided to become a hero. Now he runs through an infinite world that looks like a kid dropped a box of Lego into a bathtub filled with neon food coloring. The enemies here are wind-up toys having an existential crisis: soldiers marching like they're late for a meeting at the tax office; xbots running faster than a pizza delivery guy in rush hour traffic; and parrots flying backwards, as if their little feet got tangled in headphone wires. Falco shoots glowing bolts that shine brighter than a smartphone screen in a movie theater during the Avengers finale. Every defeated enemy explodes into a pixel firework - it's like when you finally delete that text thread with your ex, only more fun. Waves of enemies arrive with the regularity of Mondays, and each new wave brings hope that things will get easier soon. Spoiler: they won't. The procedural world generation works like an endless news feed - you think you're about to see something new, but you get yet another level with green grass and colorful bricks. Falco has already recharged his batteries, polished his antenna, and mutters: "One more wave and I'll definitely become a legend." Don't believe him. He'll never become a legend, but you'll have a great time shooting at toys that can't even walk properly.
