Astrio Break is a timer program for organizing work cycles using the work and rest alternation method on Windows. At the top of the window a large countdown of the current period time is displayed in minutes seconds format. The user sets the work interval duration in the Work min field and break duration in the Break min field. The Start button begins the countdown Pause pauses it Reset resets the timer to initial values and Skip allows skipping the current period and moving to the next one. Below the settings the program status is displayed for example readiness to start Ready.
